In the current period of social and political unrest, conversations about identity are becoming more frequent and more difficult. At this event, we welcome&nbsp;<a href="https://kenjiyoshino.com/KY/biography/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Kenji Yoshino</a>, Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law and Director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion,&nbsp;and Belonging, to share findings of his new co-authored book,&nbsp;<a href="https://kenjiyoshino.com/KY/say-the-right-thing/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Say the Right Thing</a>. During this fireside chat interview, Kenji will show potential allies that conversations about identity don’t have to be so overwhelming. With probing questions posed by author and workplace expert&nbsp;<a href="https://www.debbieepsteinhenry.com/bio-debbie-epstein-henry/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Debbie Epstein Henry</a>, Kenji will uncover the research-backed, uplifting practical tools to move from unconsciously hurting people to consciously helping them.

Kenji Yoshino is the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU&nbsp;School of Law and the Director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and&nbsp;Belonging. A graduate of Harvard (AB&nbsp;summa cum laude), Oxford (MSc as a Rhodes&nbsp;Scholar) and Yale (JD), Kenji specializes in constitutional law, antidiscrimination law, and law and literature. He is a prolific writer whose work has been featured in academic and mainstream publications. His fourth book (co-authored with David Glasgow),&nbsp;Say the&nbsp;Right Thing: How to Talk About Identity, Diversity, and Justice,&nbsp;was published in 2023.&nbsp;Kenji serves on multiple boards and has won numerous awards for his teaching and&nbsp;scholarship. He lives in Manhattan with his husband, two children, and a Great Dane.

<a href="https://www.debbieepsteinhenry.com/bio-debbie-epstein-henry/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Debbie Epstein Henry</a>&nbsp;is a lawyer turned entrepreneur, author, and public speaker with expertise in careers, women, workplace dynamics, and law. She speaks at events in the&nbsp;US and abroad, wrote two best-selling books and has been featured by hundreds of news&nbsp;outlets including&nbsp;The New York Times,&nbsp;NBC Nightly News and&nbsp;The Wall Street Journal.&nbsp;Debbie hosts the DEH Speaker Series and the podcast, "Inspiration Loves Company,"&nbsp;exploring how to do and be better at life, work and everything in between. She is a past&nbsp;President of The Forum of Executive Women and the Co-Founder of Brooklyn Law&nbsp;School’s Women’s Leadership Network. Debbie and her husband of 30 years live in the&nbsp;New York area; they have three sons.
