We advise on the sale and acquisition of power generation and transmission projects and related facilities, petroleum and natural gas pipeline assets, and cogeneration, distributed generation and renewable resources projects. We provide guidance on due diligence, power purchase, sales and interconnection agreements, and regulatory requirements and authorizations.
