Potential changes ahead. Maryland’s Department of Labor has proposed pushing back implementation of the Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program. In addition, lawmakers in both Missouri and Nebraska are considering changes to their paid sick leave laws prior to implementation later this year.
