Please join us for the final installment in our series of webinars examining the unique employment-related compliance requirements faced by federal government contractors and subcontractors. This session will outline the basics of complying with the Service Contract Act, including covered worker determinations, identifying required wages and fringe benefits, and satisfying paid leave obligations. We will also provide an overview of state paid leave requirements and guidance on balancing competing federal and state obligations. In addition, we will summarize the developments and key enforcement activities from the Department of Labor over the past year, as well provide best practices for closing the door on 2019 and preparing for new compliance obligations in 2020.
