In this session, <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/francesca-guerrero/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Francesca Guerrero</a> and <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/aaron-c-mandelbaum/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Aaron Mandelbaum</a> will examine issues related to sanctions, including an overview of U.S. sanctions programs, OFAC licensing, and sanctions due diligence and screening.
