- Preparing various employment agreements, including severance agreements, arbitration agreements, noncompete agreements, and last-chance agreements.
- Defending disciplinary decisions of public- and private-sector clients through various arbitration proceedings.
- Advising clients on employment-related components of large business mergers and acquisitions.
- Negotiating on behalf of public- and private-sector clients through the collective bargaining process.
- Representing clients in federal court in high-stakes, multimillion-dollar trade secrets litigation.
- Counseling clients on day-to-day employment issues impacting their businesses, including drafting various employee policies and handbooks.
