- Negotiation of multi-million-dollar commercial mortgage and unsecured loan transactions, including $200 million unsecured revolving credit facility and $70 million commercial mortgage loan portfolio sale.
- Negotiation of $147 million and $27 million dispositions of California office properties.
- Negotiation of $110 million disposition of Washington multi-family property.
- Representation of client in connection with approximately $230 million industrial portfolio acquisition transaction, involving properties located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Nevada, Mississippi, Arkansas, Indiana, Missouri, Tennessee and Colorado.
- Negotiation of $101 million industrial portfolio disposition transaction, involving properties located in Texas, Minnesota, Illinois and Missouri.
- Counseled client in connection with asset management responsibilities for $900 million real estate portfolio, including eleven downtown U.S. office properties owned by real estate investment trust.
