Todd is currently working within the firm’s rotation program, which is customized for each associate’s interests and the needs of the firm. The rotation program enables associates to work in multiple practice areas before choosing areas of specialization. During this time, Todd is receiving training from senior lawyers in multiple practice areas.

Prior to practicing law, Todd was a real estate development project manager, overseeing site due diligence, design, development, financing closings, and construction administration for multifamily housing developments in five states representing $160 million in investment. His earlier experience also includes collaborative housing ventures between private developers and nonprofit organizations or public housing authorities. Todd has further business experience in real estate valuation and investment analysis.
