- Obtained complete plaintiff’s verdict for international advisory and consulting firm following jury trial in a dispute over financing for construction of a hotel
- Obtained complete plaintiff’s judgment for fuel broker following bench trial in a dispute over fuel products
- Obtained favorable settlement for large international company following prolonged litigation over production of a food ingredient
- Obtained favorable settlement for defendant manufacturer of supply chain technologies following litigation over whether plaintiff was entitled to success fee in connection with providing financial advisory services
Class Action Defense
- Represented senior living community in putative class action involving claims for violations of various Ohio state statutes and defeated plaintiffs’ motion for class certification, leading to favorable settlement
- Successfully moved to dismiss all claims against technology start-up in putative class action involving alleged wiretapping
- Represented international electronics company in putative class action litigation
