Kayla is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice group. Her practice primarily focuses on serving corporate clients, REITS, and owners of retail and office properties. She assists clients with their commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing. Kayla has experience with drafting purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title and survey matters, and coordinating closings with sellers, buyers, lenders, and title companies.

While attending law school, Kayla served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Michael J. Newman in the Southern District Court of Ohio and as a law clerk at a law firm based in Dayton, Ohio. Kayla graduated as salutatorian of her law school class. She is the recipient of several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in recognition of highest achievement in Torts, Legal Profession, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law I, Constitutional Law II, Criminal Procedure, Real Property II, Family Law, and Evidence.
