Theodore is presently working within the firm’s rotation program, which gives associates the opportunity to work in different practice areas before choosing areas of specialization. It is customized for each associate’s interests and the needs of the firm. During this time, Theodore is receiving training from senior lawyers across multiple practice areas.

Before joining Thompson Hine, Theodore served as a legal intern for the City of Upper Arlington and worked as a pro bono law clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus. Additionally, he worked as an intern to United States Senator Sherrod Brown and as a legal extern in the chambers of Justice Joseph T. Deters at the Supreme Court of Ohio.
