- Developing import compliance programs and conducting internal audits of import processes and procedures.
- Developing strategies for Customs audits and participation in Customs trade facilitation programs.
- Advising companies on country of origin issues for procurement and compliance matters.

- Representing U.S.- and foreign-based companies in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.
- Facilitating interaction between companies and regulatory agencies.
- Conducting on-site cost and sales verifications.
- Ensuring seamless transition of trade remedy results between regulatory agencies.
- Developing private relief bills for individual clients.
